Q. Can you use watercolor on the pages?

Our signature notebooks are designed for a variety of mediums! While the paper isn't watercolor paper, many have found success using watercolor in their notebooks (typically do better the less water you use). If you are interested in using heavy watercolor in your journal, check out our new watercolor notebooks - which have 200gsm paper made specifically for watercolor!

The B6 Journals are 22x33

Q. Are the notebooks vegan?

Yes! every journal is 100% vegan.

Q. What pens work best in the notebooks?

There are some fountain pens that work great in our notebooks! Any water based ink works well as well (Tombow Markers, highlighters, etc.) Alcohol based ink like Copic or Prisma markers will bleed (those require a specific coated paper).

Shipping questions

Q. How long do orders take to ship?

Unless your order contains a preorder item, most orders will ship within 2-4 business days. **Please note - during the holidays, please add a few days to shipping time** Preorder shipping times will be specified in the listing.

Q. Do you offer International Shipping?

We offer international shipping anywhere in the world starting at $13. Please note: You are responsible for paying all taxes and duties unless given the option at checkout to pay those prior to delivery.

Q. How long does domestic shipping take?

Shipping takes between 7-10 business days from the date your item ships. (Unless you've selcted a faster shipping option at checkout).

Q. How long does International shipping take?

International shipping can take between 1 and 6 weeks for most countries. However, customs can delay packages for up to 8 weeks. If your package hasn't arrived after 8 weeks, start by contacting your local post office or customs office.

Q. Help! My package says delivered but it hasn't been.

The best thing to do is check with your local post office. Most likely, they still have it (many post offices will mark a package as delivered when they haven't yet delivered it). If it hasn't arrived after 2 business days of being marked "delivered" please reach out, so we can assist you further.

Q.Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under €135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

General questions

Q. Do you accept returns?

Absolutey! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your notebook. If for any reason you wish to return, please reach out for a return label. *Subscription boxes cannot be cancelled and refunded after that months box has been shipped out. *Please note, only items purchased through our online store can be returned. If you need to return an item purchased through a retailer, please contact them directly.

Q. When will sold out items be restocked?

Restocking dates will vary by item. You can sign up to receive restock notifications on specific items on the product description page.

Q. Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Because we ship orders daily, it’s very hard to change an order once it’s been placed. Not to worry, you can always email support for returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong item. Sometimes we are able to change shipping addresses, if you notify us within a few hours after the order has been placed.

Q. Can you send me products for a social media review?

Occasionally we work with social media accounts in exchange for reviews. When we are looking for collaborators we will create an announcement on our social media platforms and newsletter.

Q. What can I expect with my Subscription Box order?

  • This box will ship out automatically every 3 months. You can edit all information on your subscription by logging into your account on the site and clicking "Manage Subscriptions".
  • No free shipping or discount codes will be eligible for Subscription Boxes.
  • Domestic Shipping: 1-2 weeks for shipping after it has processed.
  • International Shipping: If your country has the option to send Duties Paid it will automatically send this way. If your country does not offer this service it will ship with Duties Unpaid and you are responsible for those fees at delivery. 4-10 business days for shipping, up to 6 weeks after it has processed. Please refer to our store policies to see a list of countries that we cannot ship to at this time.
  • You will have access to Club A&O content for 3 months, or as long as you keep your Subscription to the Box.
