Thanksgiving Gratitude Log Tutorial
Hi friends, Adrienne from @studio80design here! Thanksgiving is coming up so I wanted to create a gratitude log in my bullet journal! Being grateful has many health benefits, including increased mental and physical health and increasing your self-esteem. Making a list of what your grateful for will help get you in the right mindset for Thanksgiving!
Materials you’ll need:
- Archer and Olive A5 Signature Dot Grid Notebook
- Tombow MONO Drawing Pens
- Tombow Fudenosuke Hard Tip Brush Pen
- Archer and Olive .7mm White Acrylograph Pen
- Tombow Dual Brush Pens in oranges and greens
- Ruler
Step 1
Using a Tombow MONO Drawing Pen and ruler, draw a box 21x30 squares in your Archer and Olive Notebook.
Step 2
Draw lines in the rectangle to create 10 rows and 3 columns.
Step 3
Write “Thankful” at the top of the page using the Fudenosuke Hard Tip Brush Pen.
Step 4
Draw and color in small rectangle boxes on the left of each of the boxes with a MONO Drawing Pen.
Step 5
Use a White .07mm Acrylograph Pen to write in the numbers of each of the days in the small black rectangles. I love this pen because it is super opaque and can write over any color, even black!
Step 6
Use a smaller MONO Drawing Pen to add a shadow to the “Thankful” heading at the top of the page.
Step 7
Draw a pumpkins and leaf sketch at the bottom of the page using the Fudenosuke Hard Tip Brush Pen. This pen is not only great for lettering, it’s also great for drawing because you can get great line variation with pressure and the ink is waterproof, so you can add color on top and it won’t bleed!
Step 8
Add color to the pumpkins and leaves by using the orange and green Dual Brush Pens. And that’s all!
I love how this gratitude log page turned out, now to fill it in! Thanks for visiting today, I hope you try this page in your own bullet journal! For more inspiration like this, follow me @studio80design!
