Hello! Masha here from Masha Plans and today we’ll be creating a fun little spread with your favorite podcasts.

I’ve been obsessing with podcasts and I’m subscribed to so many, and I thought it might be a good idea to write them all. 

While creating this spread I actually was reminded of so many cool podcasts I forgot about.

So if you’re an avid podcast listened yourself - let’s join forces and create a list of your favorites together in this post.

SUPPLIES

First, of course, let’s go through the supplies.

I actually have two podcast spreads here, one I created and filmed and one I created secretly off camera. So supplies will vary a little.

But here we go:

• Archer and Olive journal. For the first one I used a square notebook (which is my favorite format of all time). For the second one I went with your usual A5 journal.
• For pens, I used Zebra Mildliners and Tombow Dual Brush pens

PREPARATION

As always I did some prep work before actually sitting down and creating the spread.

I have a lot of podcasts so first, I decided to list them, all out, and then separate them by a common theme.

The final step in preparation was to create a pencil sketch for I and outline it with a fineliner.

PODCASTS SPREAD

My first section is all about true crime.

I adore true crime so I had to start with these, they are after all the podcasts I listen to the most.

I didn’t actually want to add any murder-related doodles, so I just added this weird version of iPhone to decorate this section.

My second section is about personal development and self-help.

I started by just adding the names of podcasts to books, but it looked a bit empty, so as always I added stationery doodles to fill out the space.

The next category is podcasts for fun.

It’s something that is general knowledge, or maybe hobby related.

Nothing too serious, just something to play when I want to have some fun and maybe learn a thing or two.

That’s why for decorating this party I just went with random things I love, which somehow ended up being mostly makeup, and a fish which is a symbol for one of the podcasts.

The last part of the spread is about business-related podcasts.

These are educational podcasts that help me learn more about running Masha Plans. And that’s why you’ll find here stationery doodles and a laptop.

FINAL RESULTS

Well, time to reveal my final spread, and it’s really one of my favorites.

It was actually a big hit on my Instagram and everyone started sharing their own favorite podcasts.

That inspired me to create another podcast spread with those recommendations. Because you can never have too many podcasts!
